The rotationally moulded pallet designed in conjunction with our client PVAXX was subjected to finite element analysis at various points during its development.

The process is valid for new product designs and subsequent product refinement, hence, simple amendments to design may result in significant tooling, material and process time savings.

The major advantage being that Rota Design is able to verify with confidence that a proposed design will perform to specification prior to prototyping, production of the tooling and thus before manufacture.
